⚠️ Disclaimer

Last updated: May 2026

Plain-English notes about how to use MindGameHub responsibly, what we are and are not, and how the parts of our site that touch advertising, third parties, and outside resources actually work.

🎓 Educational-Use Notice

All content on MindGameHub — including games, blog articles, and learning tips — is provided for general educational and entertainment purposes. It is not a substitute for a qualified teacher, tutor, therapist, doctor, or other licensed professional. Parents and educators should use their own judgment when applying our content to a specific child's needs.

🏥 Health and Life-Skills Content

Some of our games cover health, nutrition, hygiene, mental health awareness, first-aid basics, or fitness. This content is informational only. It is not medical advice and is not a replacement for guidance from a doctor, school nurse, counselor, or qualified clinician. If a child is showing symptoms or you have specific concerns about their health, please contact a qualified medical professional.

📚 Accuracy of Information

We work hard to keep facts accurate and curriculum mappings up to date, and we follow an editorial review process described on our Editorial Standards page. Even so, MindGameHub is provided "as is." We make no warranty that the content is free of errors, complete, or perfectly current at every moment. Please email edu@mindgamehub.com with corrections.

💰 Advertising Disclosure

MindGameHub is free to play. To keep it that way, we display limited, child-safe contextual ads through Google AdSense and other certified kid-safe ad networks.

  • Ads are contextual only — based on the page's content, not on the visitor's identity or browsing history
  • Our entire site is flagged as "Made for Kids," which disables personalized advertising for every visitor
  • Ads never run during gameplay and never cover game content
  • We do not endorse the products advertised; ad content is selected automatically by the ad network
  • We do not receive product samples or sponsorships in exchange for editorial coverage

Full details are in the Advertising section of our Privacy Policy.

🔗 Affiliate Disclosure

MindGameHub does not currently participate in affiliate programs. If this ever changes, any affiliate or commission links will be clearly marked, and editorial coverage will not be influenced by potential commission. We will update this section before any affiliate link goes live.

🌐 Third-Party Links

Some games and articles link to trusted external educational platforms such as Code.org, Scratch (MIT), government education resources, and curriculum standards bodies. Once a child clicks through, they are on a third-party site governed by that site's privacy policy and terms.

We choose external links carefully and only link to sites with strong child-safety records, but we cannot guarantee the content of pages outside our own domain. Parents should review the privacy practices of any external site their child visits.

⚖️ No Professional Advice

Nothing on MindGameHub constitutes medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. The "Money Manager" and "Financial Empire" games, for example, teach core financial-literacy concepts but are not a substitute for advice from a licensed financial advisor. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions that have real-world consequences.

🛡️ Limitation of Liability

MindGameHub is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, including reliance on information found here. Use of MindGameHub is at your own risk and is also governed by our Terms of Service.

📝 Changes to This Disclaimer

We may update this disclaimer when our site, our advertising partners, or applicable laws change. Material updates will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of the page.
